June was never a good recruiter. Even in Hawaii he had the diamond in the rough policy...I'm sure being in the wac with a gimmicky offense made a lot of his recruits looks great

See Hawaii vs Georgia 2007 season Sugar Bowl. It was his best team in Hawaii (or his entire College football career) and it still got blown out by a P5 the way his SMU teams did.

I agree but I've also heard rumor that he had already accepted the smu job so I don't know if georgia got his best shot. we all know jones is not opposed to mailing it in. Sucks for the members of that team
