This move would be great for SMU.

Not a good move at all. Providence is obviously a better area

Good move...if we want to stay in the AAC. Best option would then be to make it the P6.

What conference is TWU in? We have a shot there, right?

The new offices would apparently be on 114 in Las Colinas where the Big 12 and CUSA currently are located.

From a location, cost, airport , and time zone perspective, Dallas is pretty much ideal for a conference location.

Starlight theater is great! Good food, margaritas and entertainment. Good local art. My guess is Terlingua (Ski Terlingua) has more to offer than Providence.

The AAC should utilize the element of surprise and move further north to Nova Scotia or Seattle.

Would be great for SMU and the conference. DFW is the fastest growing region in the country. Providence is well....Providence. Kudos to the conference for seeing where the $$$ is and will be for the foreseeable future.
Back off Warchild seriously.
