The good news is that Morris' incentive plan is tied to attendance, so he is motivated to get attendance up to where it needs to be.

The bad news is that Morris' incentive plan is tied to attendance. If fans bail, his paycheck goes down, which means he is more apt to look around.

Can anyone on this board cite any example of lies about facilities. I talked first hand with Hart about the IPF and have a feeling we are still on the same time line. I have not spoken to Morris so I do not know what he may have been told. How about those proclaiming lies let us know what these lies are from your first hand knowledge.

Nobody including yourself has first-hand knowledge because you weren't there for Hart's conversations with Morris. But we can see how the tone of original statements by coaches made it seem like groundbreaking was imminent, but now we learn that we aren't even close to having it. It is questionable whether it could get designed and built before the end of Morris' contract.

I specifically said I had not spoken to Morris but I did with Hart, and it was at the beginning of the Morris hire. I would strongly believe that if he said we were still awaiting funding to be in place for the IPF and he said this in front of several people that he did not tell Morris otherwise behind closed doors.

Just because ponyfans say the IPF is eminent does not mean it is.

I would imagine Hart would take the time to discuss it with you if you take the time to do so rather than calling him a liar on this site.

Oh, there is definitely confusion but that does not mean Morris is or has been confused about it.

SC isn't hiring a coach who will go 1-11 after his first season as a HC. As someone else said, get used to the rumors. It happens when you actually have s good person in charge. The Memphis folks are the ones likely to lose their HC at the end of the season.
