Ummm really early. Cmon guys.
With his natural abilities, and our coaching he will eventually flourish.
Let's be grateful that we have solid recruits & time to develop them.

Wilson is more of a shooting guard, now DeShawn Watson is more of a point guard.
DeShaun Watson plays PG in addition to heisman caliber QB? A regular Charlie Ward

The best joke in NYC at the time was the the best QB ( Charlie Ward) in town was sitting at the end of the Knicks bench.

The fact that Shake (who is more physically gifted) is ahead of him at this point is not a knock on Sed. He has a great opportunity to learn and really contribute once nic is gone.
I don't think Shake is more physically gifted because if you have seen Sed in practice you know he has all the tools to be a point guard. Both he and Shake have played PG all their HS days. Just that Shake is a bit ahead of him as far as doing what Coach Brown likes at PG. Not a knock on him as he will learn. I think all of our freshmen are quality players.
Were you at the open practice?

Sed will be fine. One thing about it is he has some serious handles. Just needs to work on his passing some.

Is he still having the "homesick" issue that plagued him earlier in the fall?

Was talking to a coaching friend who positively loves the idea of having long PGs that can defend up to the 3. Just loves it in concept, but said the reality tends to be far different, especially if some of the talent isn't one and done. For example, should we not see attrition from Sed/Shake, we'll have 4 PG types on the roster, 1 yr apart. Those aren't manageable minutes for kids who want the ball in their hands. I'm not saying Sed, but attrition happens and we're simply recruiting over. Imagine if the local kid Jones wants in....someone is getting cut

I wouldn't expect him to get many minutes playing behind the conference player of the year?

He wasn't playing behind the conference player of the year against Brown. Just saying.
