Why do 5-team divisions with a round robin schedule? It should just be the two best teams play a rematch for the title game

But man, if you beat the #2 team on the road and then had to play them again to claim the B12 title that would be a tough draw

Yeah, or what if Texas was undefeated, beat OU decisively in October, and then had to play them again and lost? Texas might join the Pac-12 the next morning

I think their payout is already 30 Million for each school before the Championship-which has been completive but may not be in the future with the growth of SEC and Big 10 Networks

Just think if a Big 12 undefeated school that would have gone to the playoffs goes to the Championship game and gets beaten and knocks the Big 12 out of the playoffs.
