Everyone in Arkansas knew at least one of the 5 highly rated QBs would transfer for the last year. Just were not sure who. I believe another one will go before it is all over. One of them is a true freshman who is rapidly moving up the chart and looks like will be #2 by the time the season starts.

So how does Peavey rate among the other possible transfers?

Peavy was #2 on the depth chart of an SEC team after the spring before he hurt his back.

Allegedly minor. He was probably asked if he even lifts bro and tried too hard.

He was not fully recovered at the start of workouts and that is why he was dropped to 3rd team and decided to transfer. Sitting out a year and learning our offense will have him ready next year. He is a good QB.
