I know the matchups are arbitrary at this point but Marquette would be a dreadful one for SMU. They would destroy us from distance.

we lose another game on the road at Tulsa, Houston or even Temple or UConn and we will be looking at a 10 or 11 seed, which I'd prefer to that 8/9 game. Just hope our guys are healthy and peaking come AAC Tourney time and that it carries over into the Dance

Yes, misread it. Thought it meant playing in Dayton rather than against, and wasn't really tuned into the seeding. You are correct. Still would rather not play the 1 in the 2nd round.
