Wow again Manvel goes the entire field in 34 seconds but A&M commit Jalen Preston tackled at the 1 yard line. Got to love TXHSFB

Every school has it's share of scholarship players who never see the field. Doesn't really matter whether Jones ever earns any playing time. How many minutes did Ryan Hopkins play for SMU?
Wasn't Emmanuel Mudiay's brother on scholarship too?

9 sacks and another 7 intentional groundings across line. How is HP in tis game. I've never seen a bigger talent discrepancy in a big school state championship
ItΓÇÖs always been about the desire to succeed and very good coaching

Yes I am pretty sure Jean-Michael was on scholarship. Think he got here one year earlier than Eman was supposed to.

Morris came down after the game to offer the scholarship to JSJ. Starting to smell like Jerry had quite the influence on getting Morris to UA.
Two classless money hungry jerks who deserve each other.........love it.......Chad & Jerry ...2 pigs in a poke !

What is the status of HP tackle Shelmire that then HCCM was supposed to have been recruiting? And also WR Sausted? Can't hurt to offer JSJ a full scholarship - might end up with all three of them.

I was under the impression SMU had offered JSJ a full ride...not sure, just read it somewhere.

Sausted is Lacrosse commit and Shelmire committed to Boston College months ago

Saustad not wanting to play football in college is a real had scratcher. The guy is talented and Shelmire just wants to play somewhere else unfortunately.

Maybe the UVA football coach can convince him to walk on. Would LAX take up as much time as football?

Their RB Paxton Alexander is a Michigan Lacrosse commit too. He impresses me every time I see him with his toughness and competitiveness-He's not a FBS RB but after watching him 4-5 times I thought he might be worth a gamble as an Inside Receiver in a Run N Shoot or Air Raid Offense. Notice he has like 75 catches for almost 20 yards per catch as a Running back in last 2 years. He wouldn't be at the top of your recruiting list but I bet he'd contribute
