Would allow a kid to transfer without sitting out a year.

They need the Rydel Rule. Transfer from P5 to non P5 no wait. Transfer to P5 from non P5 or P5 to P5 you sit a year. Throw us a bone.

Coaches under contract are the ones who should have to sit out a year if they quit and move on. Not the kids
