It’s not a slight. ΓÇ£BadΓÇ¥ was in quotes and the announcers explained that it wasn’t a bad loss at all because we were full strength then.

I quite needed this game tonight.

Jarrey went down 5 minutes into that game so we really weren't even at full strength. Shake just played his career game that night.

Huge win as it guarantees we avoid a losing record for the season. After all the bad things that have happened lately I have to take consolation in the little things.

I am actually quite pleased that the remains of this team played a good enough game to get this win. As you say, this guarantees at least a .500 season and with USF still on the schedule, these guys have a chance to finish better than .500 which to me is a pretty significant accomplishment. Would love to see them beat USF and win a 1st round tourney game to finish 18-15. Would really be nice to see them be competitive against WSU and Houston in Moody, but I expect to get whipped soundly in both those games.
