I’d take a flyer on Mike Rhoades at VCU. He did well at Rice and is back at VCU.

I’m curious about Damon Stoudamire at Pacific. How is his recruiting? What about his coaching abilities? I know Pacific is a total rebuild so hard to tell from his record at this point.

We won't have to take a flyer on anything. Van Gundy would be interesting.

None of the assistants are ready to coach a game, so if you made a move in season it would be for someone who isn't currently employed. Signing day isn't until April, so it really doesn't matter whether you make a move immediately or wait until the end of the season, does it?

What about someone from Pop's coaching tree? Like a Jacque Vaughn?
