Texas winning helps us, so no biggie.
But quite afew teams above us lost, so we have a chance to move up.

Not a bad day.

Arkansas blown out by their former QB. The seat has gone from hot to bonfire.

There are already rumors that he's been fired. I'd bet a paycheck he won't make it out of this season.

I think Chad has one more season. Too big of a liability on Arkansas books. The only way I see the used car salesman gets fired is if theres an exodus of players.

I agree with you about the financial liability - the buyout would cost them about $5M. But he's already had the single best player on their team, a TE, leave, and the kid is a SENIOR - he's walking away from his collegiate career rather than play for Morris. It's clear they have quit on him and the recruits have started decommitting: https://247sports.com/college/arkansas/ ... 137282535/That's their third lost commit, and the best defensive player they had lined up. The exodus has started. I'm not grandstanding - I honestly don't know how he survives.

Yikes...then yeah if theres an exodus, they might just try out a coordinator as interim coach or ask Jerry to pony up enough money to buy everyone out and get a good coach.

#16, 18 and 19 lose. Any chance the Mustangs move up, or does Texas get in at 6-3?

Really not sure 6-3 Texas is back, though all three of their losses looked better after yesterday. ESPN says SMU should be #20: https://www.espn.com/college-football/s ... gs-week-11

Last time we had a better win-loss record than TCU?

2013 Before that, 1997. When they beat us in Ft Worth for their only win and tore down the goal posts. And kept us out of a bowl. And started their rapid upward trajectory while we remained mired in mediocrity (at best).
