Greatest SMU Tennis playerI had to think about this one. Lots of greats. Hardie, Wallmark, Harmon, Ross and Reneberg. I guess Richey Reneberg gets the nod due to winning the US Open Men's Doubles and coming in second in Doubles twice at Wimbeldon.

Re: Greatest SMU Tennis playerWe got to the Final Four in 2001 matching the feat from 1986, which I believe would have been under Ralston.

That raises a question I have had about these threads ID-ing the greatest player in different sports or at different positions: are they supposed to consider pro careers, too? Or just their time at SMU? Because those can be very different answers.

OK, I was always partial to Genius Chidzikwe. The couple of times I saw him play, he completely wrecked the guys he played against.
