We probably won't have any representation on the PGA Tour next season. Bryson took himself out and the rest of our guys are struggling to keep their cards. Unless Mac or Noah make the jump up it's going to be a long season.

I had forgotten the PGA tour now exempts the Top 125 in the Fed Ex Cup standings rather than the money list, so Harry and Austin are close at # 127 & # 130, respectively. Kelly is a distant # 200 in the Fed Ex Cup standings so there's still a chance these guys can keep grinding and sneak into that Top 125 rather than having to look forward to Q-school or Monday qualifiers. Harry could possibly get a sponsors invite after his antics at the Waste Management in Phoenix. Who knows? Being a tour pro is a tough way to make a living unless you have generous and patient sponsors

Bryson did something at The Open Championship that our stellar crew can't do at a secondary PGA Tour event (the Barracuda)...he played on Sunday!!, beating Koepka, Bradley, Morikawa, Horschel, Molinari, Finau, Rose, etc....

After they all missed the cut last week, Harry, Austin and Kelly will continue grinding this week at the Wyndham in N.C. Harry currently ranks # 130 on the Fed Ex Cup standings and Austin is at # 133 so both are within striking distance of that Top 125

Smotherman and Kraft at minus 4 (T-7th) and Harry at minus 2 (T-35th) all had good opening rounds today and in position to play the weekend

Kelly appears to like this course. He had 7 birdies yesterday and had a 3 under front nine this a.m. with 4 birdies to get to minus 7, currently T-4th. Austin is even thru 14 holes today and remains at minus 4. Harry plays this afternoon

Harry tanks with a 7 over 2nd round and misses another cut. I jinxed Kelly who finishes 5 under after 36 holes but makes the cut and sits at T-21st, 7 shots off the lead. Austin will also play the weekend after his one over round has him at minus 3 and T-40th where he is tied with 11 other golfers

Austin in at minus 6 and currently T-25th while Kelly finishes minus 5 and T-35th. Very few guys still on the course playing over par so not much chance to move up

Our guys need to tear it up today to move up the leaderboard and earn a nice check, but Kelly turned his front nine at minus one for his final round and Austin is even thru his 1st 7 holes. Need to light up the back nine which neither guy has been able to do this week

Austin finishes the Wyndham T-27th and earns $53,200 while Kelly finishes T-33rd good for $41,420

Mac Meissner and Noah Goodwin are playing the Albertsons Boise Open this week but with only 4 events remaining in the Korn Ferry season these guys need wins to have any chance of qualifying for next season's PGA Tour. I think the top 5 Korn Ferry finishers earn cards and Meissner currently sits at # 36 and probably needs to win or finish in the top 3 in all of these events to get anywhere near the top 5 this season.
