Re: Most Significant day in SMU history?Obviously very negative, but I would say the death penalty being handed down is the most significant day. This is certainly the best day since. And natiochampionships are amazing. But there’s only one DP and it ruined us for decades so I’d say it’s very significant….

Re: Most Significant day in SMU history?For me, its certainly the best day since we beat Pitt in the Cotton Bowl. At that moment, before the AP voters screwed it all up, we were the best team in the country. And I STILL believe we were the best that year.
