VIDEO: SMU guards Ricardo Wright and Zhuric Phelps, and head coach Rob Lanier, met the media after the Mustangs avenged an earlier loss by hammering Memphis, 106-79.

Like Coach Lanier and Ricardo said...the atmosphere against Memphis was special and this team hasn't been able to experience "Moody Magic" very often this season. I wish we had 6500 plus in Moody for every home game and that the students were engaged at the same level they were yesterday because that enthusiasm is infectious. Would love to see it get back to where it was in the Larry Brown era

I really enjoy coach Lanier's press conferences, and as for Moody Magic it's all about winning. This season started with low expectations after last year's record, which has a great effect on the crowd and excitement. Larry's teams were beating the big dogs, winning conference championships, and top 25. Get back to that level and the place will be rocking again.
