That answers my question then. I forgot about the BB. If any team is on probation and further offenses are found subsequently in new investigations, then they are subject to the DP. Will they get it? No way.

By kicking Bomar off the team, OU has already cooperated much more than we ever did. They recognized a problem, and came up with a solution. We dared the NCAA to touch us.

There will never be another DP, because no school will ever again be dumb enough to tell the NCAA to go F- itself. When they get caught, they cooperate.

Yeah a lot of bravado back then. I am still surprised that Fresno got off lightly because hiring Tark was the functional equivalent of flipping the bird at the NCAA.
