from 8/12/06 Dallas Morning News:

By CALVIN WATKINS / The Dallas Morning News

UNIVERSITY PARK – Coach Phil Bennett said he's set on a first-team offensive line. LT Darrin Johnson (North Dallas), LG Tommy Poynter (Irving MacArthur), C Ben Poynter (Arlington Lamar), RG Caleb Peveto (FM Marcus) and RT Kenard Burley are the starters.

"All these guys played before they were ready," Bennett said. "And when they play now, it won't be under a high-pressured situation."

Bennett said he's also happy with the development of the second-team offensive line.

Back in the day.

I hope we have quick feet because the TT line is not going to be any bigger. We need to be quick and acurate on assignments.

Nitschmann is quick around the end of the line and likes to try and beat guys with his speed. He's not going to knock an OL back and run them over, but he might run around us. He also is tall enough to knock some passes down.

He's not Jevon Kearse, but he's not a bad player by any means.

In the spirit of mrydel, Mine is 6'3" 247# and I only care to have my wife on my lap. Nothing against anyone else's wife, I just think mine is hot. And back in the day, 4.7 sec.
