I'll be there with a number of others...what is the meeting place on Friday night?

We'll be coming down I-10 at the same time as you. My wife doesn't expect to stay past 1 or 1:30 at the LSU game (Miss. State and all). If you are going to the LSU game, remember it's a "gold" game, so wear your yellow shirts.

My wife cheered at Miss. State. She's not coming to the game for obvious reasons. I get her in purple and gold when I can, but not next week. This'll be a guys football weekend! Looking forward to it. I imagine we'll stay for the full @ss-whipping b/f heading to New Orleans.

I and the wife are attending New Orleans this weekend, along with four or so others. Staying in the French Qtr. Packing Kevlar vests.

We will be in New Orleans for the game. (Windsor Court Hotel - Fri/Sat)

Everyone try to wear something (hat or shirt) that says SMU
so when walking in the French Quarter we can say howdy!

I'm thinking of going James on Thursday, Dickerson on Friday, Martin on Saturday, and then my SMU Est. 1911 tee shirt on Sunday. Or something like that... the only thing for sure is Martin on Saturday.

I am not going to act like I have in years past. I want to enjoy this trip as I have not been able to sneak away from work in quite awhile.

I'm confused.... so either you are going to cut loose like you are in college again and get all liquored up like an idiot kicker? ... or you are going to refrain from drinking too much in order to get a bit better rest and actually remember something discernable from the game? Which is it?
