But again, you're right. Ponies need to win this weekend!

However, we also didn't have a redshirt frosh on the field for those road games, in an emotionally charged atmosphere.
Have you ever played in a high school state championship game? Justin has...twice I think. Talk about emotionally charged.

The kid is fine. He knows what he's doing, quit setting him up to fail. He performs, and he can do it well when allowed to.

I saw Willis play at Ryan for 2 years. I WANT him on the field. The best quality you have in your QB is that he is a great competitor. One who will jump in the fox hole.

We haven't a QB of his caliber since Ramon Flanigan. And I think he can be better than Ramon.

Statistically we should win with the possibility that if Lester plays our secondary may be exopsed. Here is hoping the D-line will keep that from becoming a problem.

The real scarey part is the loose handle we have on the football. We have only lost 4 of 9 fumbles while our competition have lost 6 of only 7. Tulane has the same problem. They have had 9 fumbles also while only losing 3 of them. If this game gets sloppy, especially on our part, look out.

My guess is that we are maturing but it is an away game. Still, I think we will do it. SMU 31, Tulane 21.

Another interesting note, Tulane is 0-3 on field goals.
Go Ponies!!
Beat whoever it is we are playing!!

I have asked the magic eight-ball twice whether or not SMU will beat Tulane this weekend.....both times it said "probably not"
The donkey's name is Kiki.

On a side note, anybody need a patent attorney?
