Talked to Andrew at SMU. This bar is at 2010-B Lower Greenville.
Large Projection TV. Some other flat screen TV's.
The projection might be over 5 x 10 feet so I should be able to see the picture.
Sounds good and the sights might be good too.

I am not a very young alumni but did talk to Andrew at SMU. The place holds a couple hundred. The usual turn out for then gets about 100.
That should leave room for another 100 like us.

OK, sounds like this is the place to see the game -- wear your SMU gear.
See you there -- let's get a huge turnout and take the place over!

Got an email from the AD's office today with this attachment:
Can't make it to see the SMU football team in action in New Orleans this weekend? Join other Mustang faithful at Pluckers located in the Old Town Shopping Center, watch the game and enjoy items from Pluckers great menu. Kickoff is 6:30 p.m., so get there early to get a good seat.

Seen a couple games there. Do not like the lighting and the food is not so hot.
I'm going young this time.

No danger of confusing you with the great Lance McIlhenny, sir.

pluckers is not big enough.. and if the UT game is late or evening then there will be tons of UT fans there.. they do a good job of catering to smu but they are Longhorns at heart

Since Sam Houston State is playing U.T. at 6 p.m., I'll go there first and then work my way down to The Public House for the SMU game!

You'd better hurry!
Watch the Sam/UT kickoff and then get yourself down to the important game!

You are correct, sir! SHSU v UT kick-off is at 6 p.m. SMU v Tulane is at 8 p.m., right? There's definitely more at stake for SMU than for SHSU this weekend!

SMU/tulane kickoff is at 6:30, I believe. In fact, you should skip Plucker's altogether if you want a good seat for THE GAME.

You are correct again! 6:30 p.m. for SMU v Tulane. I was looking at the schedule that was handed out at the kick-off luncheon. It says 8 p.m.
Screw the 'Horns & Bearkats! (SHSU is only getting $275,000 for this game!)
I'll be at The Public House to support the Mustangs! BEAT TULANE!
