I'd like to point out that the American flag bears SMU's colors, not Tulane's. 'Nuff said.

Yes, all of America are Tulane fans, and according to Tulane officials, 15,000 of them might show up.

15,000? I've heard talk of the crowd possibly eclipsing 50,000.
I don't think it will get that big, but they're expecting a great showing of green people.

According to the Blog, the Director of Ticket operations at Tulane is predicting 15,000. He should have a grip on enough info to make an educated guess. If 15,000 show up, the Ponies should feel right at home, especially considering the opposition will outnumber the Pony fans.

I linked to the blog a story in today's paper from the asst AD over ticket sales for Tulane; they are hoping for 15,000.

Even I think that is low, but that is what he said.

Hope so! They should try and break the record for number of times Peruna was played at a Tulane game (701, I believe!) at this year's game!

From what I heard, the band is going tomorrow and coming back Saturday night after the game.

They'll be lucky to reach 701 for the year and yes, they are going to the game. As Peruna2k1 said, they are leaving tomorrow and leaving sat after the game.

I highly doubt the record will EVER be broken. Cheers to those who were there when that happened!

That is pretty pathetic with all of the marketing they have done. I went over to their site, and saw a couple of tv ads.
