A game like this makes me question PBs ability to take a team somewhere. You cannot have an up and down, up and down, up and down season where you win a game and then lose your next game.
PB needs to go because he cant seem to get this team going for more than 2 or 3 games.
A fair winning streak early but against not so great teams. A loss to UNT that no one was expecting. And now a loss to ECU after a great win at Marshall. No way we make a bowl game.
PB needs to go!

Yes, I KNOW that this talk always comes up right after a BAD LOSS/BAD GAME from PB but I think this time it should stick.
Can PB really turn this team around? I think not. You cannot take a team anywhere when you follow up a win with a loss.

So who are you blaming? The secondary or PB?

It is a process that has taken way to long. This was a winnable game. The team was not prepared.
Whose fault is it if the team is not prepared...??
THE COACHES, especailly, PB and the Secondary Coach.

This is not by any stretch the worst defense. Our front seven have been very good.

Either he goes, or the coordinators go. Now I've heard he and the old AD were good friends, thats why he kept him around. But Orsini is hardcore and determined to turn this athletic program around, so I am thinking anything worse than 6-6 and hes on a very, very, very hot seat.
The coaching and road games have been our flaws this year. We can't win on the road, and they're too conservative. With a player like Willis, you must open up the playbook a little bit. Todays game revolves around mobile QBs. Don't run QB draws on 3rd and long. Spread the ball around, roll out of the pocket, and stop running out of the pistol. I cannot stress that enough.
Also, the running game needs to wake up, DeMyron should be healthy for UAB and I hope they get it going. The only way SMU will win, is if they score 30+ points a game. Lets see that same mojo that worked against SHSU and Ark. State! Come on Mustangs! Wake up! 4 games left, and you must win 3 to clinch a bowl.
