What SMU needs to do is start counting everyone on the field as a person who "attended" the game. That would added almost 300 people to the attendance count.

I am sure that Tuesdays game will increase the average attendance and it will get better from there once we beat UAB.

Unfortunately, we aren't allowed to count coaches, players, or cheerleaders. We can count the band though, so we need to find a few hundred people to put in band uniforms.

Well if we can count band members, SMU needs to have a theme called "Band Night" on Tuesday where they invite the HP band and other local DISD bands and other Highschool Bands to the game and have a special half time performance.

Most Highschool Bands have atleast 50 people in them. So if we can get about 8-10 bands to come out on Tuesday and do a "halftime" performance, that should definetly boost our attendance.

We already did that this year. I think there were 2 high school bands there, with a total of maybe 150 kids. I believe it was the Ark. St. game.
