Is he too far removed from coaching to be a good choice for Orsini? I think he's got the name, maybe just not the ability. Might have a connection with Orsini, though.

Jerry Faust is interesting. He had the #1 recruiting class all 5 years at Notre Dame and had a losing record each year. Oust Faust!

I don't think Davie would be a horrible choice. I think he has the kind of name we need. But, you will note, that is why I said I'm not sure he has the ability.

Not a bad call. Surely, even she could call a play that could get it in the endzone with 1st and goal on the 1 TWICE.
