New Summer Camp Restrictions?

I was watching the Southwest edition of Inside Recruiting last night on Fox Sports and the recruiter mentioned that the NCAA is going to forbid the camps from timing athletes. I think that there are other changes also, but wasn't paying full attention when the discussion started. I wonder how this will affect Bennett's recruiting since he, obviously, uses the information obtained from the camps to choose his recruits? Has anyone else heard about these changes, why they were implemented, and what the coaches think about them?
