it's better for SMU and all non-BCS programs when any "also-ran" can play a competitive game with a BCS goliath. TCU has been one of the better non-BCS football programs in recent years, so let's hope they at least make that game competitive. Either way, they will be ready for SMU after our last outing

Neither. It's best that they upset UT and come into our game still glowing from the win. Both a near win and a blowout makes one angry and hungry for a win.

Two years ago, TCU pulled a monster upset the week before playing us. The following week was a hell of a lot of fun. Here's hoping for the same in 2007!

Could stick it to two programs that way. Say TCU upsets UT, and then we beat TCU .... that makes the first game look even worse for UT!

I think we'd all take the most pleasure of TCU faring well and being undefeated heading into their game with us. Either ranked in the top ten or [deleted] because they feel like they should be in the top ten, the Ponies march over there and win 34-9.
