CSTV to replay SMU 64, TCU 62 at 6 p.m. on 7/17

Relive former Mustang guard Dez Willingham's game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer to give us our second consecutive win over TCU in men's basketball.

For me, one of the highlights of the year. Sat right behind the SMU bench at the game. Good contingent of fans came to the game. That section of Daniel-Meyer erupted when that shot went in.

You never heard the chant "S-M-U, S-M-U" so loud in somebody else's building.

Good memories. Gives us something to look forward to in 2007-08.

I was at that game and I think I'd just like to watch the last 2 minutes. Snoozer. We caught a break. Killen did some silly stuff if I recall.

"Erupted"? There were 17 people sitting over there. How about "stood and cheered as loud as they could"? I think there is a 25 person minimum for an eruption.

True, it was no doubt more like a small geyser.

I guess you went to the wrong game or the TV shots weren't very good. There were a good number of people there. 50-75. A lot of them were sitting behind the bench on the floor and to the right of the bench.

And yes, it ERUPTED!! What is with you guys when it becomes your mission by getting off by being the opposite. I know what I saw. I was there. And it was loud.

If you're trying to be cute, I don't find it the least bit funny. That was a great moment to the season, and there always has to be someone who comes along and take the joy out of it.

What in the world...

That's all I ended up watching. I turned it on and then went into the other room. I came back occassionally to see if there was anything I wanted to see.
There were a good amount of people at the game and it did sound pretty loud when we won. There was the group that sat behind the bench and then the rest of sat in the upper levels where our seats actually were. My group sat in probably the last two rows.

No, I'm wasn't irked at you, it was the other fella. You know the guy who is named after the character in the Christmas special, "Santa Claus is coming to town''

The Bergermeisters died out and fell out of power.

I couldn't get off of work early that day to make it to Cowtown so I actually went to my regular Sports Bar with a couple of friends to watch it.

It was a Thursday night and there was an NFL game on as well but we gave the Bartendress a 100 bucks to put the SMU game on the Big Screen and despite numerous pleas to change the channel to the football game...she held her ground and never changed it.....

Was really funny, me and my friends were drunk and obnoxious and everyone was against us for not letting them see the NFL game on the big screen and were hoping SMU would lose just to [deleted] us off...For that reason, Dez became my favorite player of all time by not only saving me the humilation of a devasasting loss in a room full of hostiles, but also allowing me to gloat and act like we had just won the final 4
