I hand it to Charlie Weis, however. It was a classy move to have his players stand with the Navy players after the game while their band played Navy's victory song. (Not sure if that was Anchors Away or what as I wasn't listening at the time.) He has an agreement with the service academies to do this to honor the armed forces after the game is over. Very classy move!
That is a tradition at the Notre Dame-Navy game. Both teams stand together for the playing of both the Naval Academy Hymn and "Notre Dame, Our Mother"
