Quite the contrary, this would be a great move. Coach K would fit perfectly at SMU, here is why:
* "pedigree"
* builds relationships with players
* "players' coach"
* proven winner at Tulsa, developed program, can do same at SMU
* faith and beliefs would fit in with SMU
I think he is the best coach on the market, would build SMU to a power in CUSA and he would stay for a long time.

He is? How come he sits at 5-6? How come most people have never heard of him? How come they wanna run him outta town in Louisville after 1 year? Better than Bennett, but a "who?" hire. We need a "they finally are serious hire"!
