Go to your profile and scroll down. There should be a blue bar that says AVATAR CONTROL PANEL or something like that. There's a button that says BROWSE that you can click and it will let you upload an image from your machine.

Some computers apparently don't show the AVATAR CONTROL bar - in that case, send a PM to PonyPride.
