You could be right, but maybe not. We'll never know. I do know that I was worried about LSU playing UGA more than Tennessee.

Current BCS Standings
1 Missouri (Will likely lose)
2 West Virginia (Lost)
3 Ohio State (Idle - Big 10 Champion)
4 Georgia (Idle)
5 Kansas (Idle)
6 Virginia Tech (Won - ACC Champion)
7 LSU (Won - SEC Champion)
8 USC (Won)
9 Oklahoma (Will likely win Big XII)
10 Florida (Idle)

I think everyone agrees that with 1 and 2 losing, Ohio State is in the championship game. I think the other spot is down to UGA, VT and LSU. I can't see Kansas getting a real look.

You know it might be VA Tech that sneaks in there...If any team jumps UGA into the National Championship...After all they won their COnference and beat a higher ranked opponent then LSU.

LSU beat VTech by 41 points this season.

The guys on ABC seem to think that Ohio State will be playing LSU in the national championship. I guess that would mean another month of speculation on Miles' future and the Michigan opening.

I don't think Miles could leave now if he wanted to. He said in no uncertain terms that he would be LSU's coach next year. He's also about to get a mega-deal making him one of the top paid coaches in the country.

Like Herbstreit would say anything else. Hes an OSU hack and he practically guaranteed Miles staying at LSU with his reckless reporting this morning on the Michigan "story" Maybe he's a closet Tiger fan.
