actually now that I think about it does the duty of mitigation actually apply if they reached a settlement? We're not really talking about a breach. They owed him the money pursuant to the existing contract, and they reached a resolution. I'd bet that absent a mitigation provision in the settlement, there is no duty of mitigation. Thoughts?

I'm sure it will be released in the next few days. The details are already posted on Ponyfans. His buyout is subject to mitigation in Years 2 and 3. 1.7 Million in Years 1 and 2 then half that in Year 3
