Look fans of a real Football program with an understanding of a foriegn concept called recruiting. As I've always said, SMU fans as a group are the most naive clueless fans you are going to find in Texas about the intracacies of running a major college football program. SMU is the only school except for Rice that would have allowed this crap to go on for 20 years. Look in the mirror SMU fans!!!!!

Is Texas going after the recruits Bennett had lined-up?

Is Texas going after the recruits Bennett had lined-up?

Can you miss the point any further? Its not the few recruits we have, its the 20 we don't have and haven't even begun to identify yet that are the issue.

If you want a real perspective you should ask the Texas coaches what they think. "Classy guys" dont cut it in college football and we are considered quite the joke in that crowd.

Stallion, it's like that blog entry or whatever it was that you posted the other day...any other school's booster club would be calling for the AD's head weeks ago. SMU boosters are complacent. We are collectively like a big potted plant.

Stallion, I think those over 40 and the high-wage earners get it.

For everyone else, it is a surprising mixed bag.
