I feel like I'm in a maternity ward

Postby George S. Patton » Sat Jan 05, 2008 8:26 pm

Don't any you fathers and mothers feel the same way regarding this situation?

Of course, the mothers have a far better perspective of how difficult this process is.

I'm only going after the symbolism.

I can see your point, but this is little like my maternity ward experiences.

Well, if you breeched or had to secessarion (sp?), then there's no way. I'm only going for natural.

With your two and my two, the range of emotions were all over the place, weren't they?

Yeah, I had scheduled c-sections with both girls. Nothing at all like this. And definite high emotions.

We were 1 and 1. The second was c-section.

Our two were with epidurals. Before they were administered it was like a bad horror movie. I never knew what a bastage my wife thought I was. After the epidurals it was like a cocktail party.

LOL! I've heard those things are great. But I really think sometimes they'd be more useful after the kids arrive.

At least move it to the more appropriate forum, since these stories result from activities that go on "Around the Hilltop."
