Sources in Hawaii are saying that Frazier (UH's AD) has not received the letter yet. This could just be a technicality but who knows. Take it for what its worth.

MT327 is blacked out in downtown philly again. I hope we all realize that none of this matters until we see his face at that press conference and his name signed on the contract.

For now, I am going to join mt327 in celebrating...albeit in a different timezone!

From the ineptitude that Frazier seems to show in this situation, I'd bet he has refused to check his email and his snail mail box so he can play dumb.
