The JUNE JONES MODEL

Postby Stallion » Wed Jan 09, 2008 12:02 am

Lowest APR of all Bowl Teams in the Country with the Hawaii Football team on academic probation. Yes we are now Nationally Competitive in Player Recruitment. June Jones can now get the same kids he needed to make it to the BCS Sugar Bowl. Its amazing where he finds all these 35 transfers, guys with criminal records and players nobody else even wanted.

This is a football board. Why are you talking about graduation rates?

There's nothing wrong with a little thug element on your team. It builds character. In fact, it's very fashionable to have that in college football.

If everyone on your team graduates your players are spending too much time with the books and not enough with the playbook.

Now you guys are getting it. Need to get that APR above passing though. That's where the Highland Park kids come in. The 2008 Cheerleading Squad is filling up quickly.

Stallion, is it your argument that in order for Jones to succeed, that whe will have to recruit the exact same athlete he did at Hawaii?

I'm not really following your logic here. If I was a chef, and I made my name making all kinds of food. Just because the last resturaunt I worked at was Latin, doesn't mean I'm going to make a Yucca dish at the new French place I opened up.

Nice analogy -

doesn't care who wins.

bizarre analogy but good point. those are the players that JJ needed to fit his system because he was recruiting people to HAWAII. he now has a good rep and is recruiting people to DALLAS - a much easier sell.

Are you questioning the June Jones Model? Why are you attacking the way he does things? Why can't you just support the the JUNE JONES MODEL. Your application for the SMU Cheerleadering B Squad is now on hold.
