I understand that in connection with this hostage stand-off, the hostage-taker has threatened to harm Herm Frazier unless his demands are met. Thus, there is no end in sight to the stand-off...

Hey SMU fans, I know that there is some confusion about using the word "Rainbow" but the football team doesn`t use that term anymore. They dropped it 9 years ago when June took over the coaching job. It`s just "Warriors" now. Thanks guys!

I like the change and think it fits, however the PC Division of the NCAA wouldn't let you get away with that over here on the mainland, as the term "Warrior" may be offensive to native islanders becuase it implies they were brutal savages....check out what is happening to the Arkansas State "Indians"...
