I have never been but think I will try to get there this year. Don't they have a Bar BQ or some kind of an eatin' drinkin' set up already that would negate the need for the trouble to set up on the Blvd.?

Yes, but I can't remember if it is just for Mustang Club members or if it is for everyone but sponsored by the MC. If memory service me well, either way you have to buy tickets ahead of time so they have a count of participants in order to order enough food.

So you are saying we either have every one set up on the Blvd for a sparsely attended spring game that will already have a catered event for the Mustang Club , or we just have the Mustang Club gathering and have everyone there but Stallion.

Last year the pre-game BBQ was sponsored by Mustang Club but also open to non-members.

Damn those people love football! If ever I thought I was a fan, this makes me realize that I am in A-ball compared to those guys, who are in the Major Leagues.

I was in Birmingham couple of years ago and there was a story on the news about some guy who was killed over an argument about whether to bench the starting RB. That is some serious and slightly deranged passion for the team

Would it be worth contacting the folks in charge and asking for permission to tailgate? Novel concept for you rebels, I know.

The "man" is likely reading this board and will implement a spring-game tailgate fest. You can rent a spot on the boulevard for a nominal sum, I'm sure. Announcement coming to you on an AD blog soon.

Warrior fan here: I look forward to seeing your spring game.
Like to see what JJ can do with the QB's and WR's you have.
Hawaii was good because our QB's and WR's have been in the program
for three years.
Just look at portland st, they have mouse davis as there OC
and if you know anything about JJ you know who mouse is.
It took them about five games to really get things going.
So this spring watch the QB's & WR's they are the key players.
As for Hawaii we will rebound from all of this.
