Plus they put Parker and McElroy on there as well. We went from having 1 3* to 4.

impossible Rivals is prejudiced against small schools like SMU
(This is at least the 10th SMU upgrade to a 3 star by Rivals of SMU recruits in about 5 years-its time to realize that argument doesn't hold water)

Ryan Smith is the son of former Mustang great, Anthony Smith (and nephew of also former Mustang great, Gary Smith). He had been committed to Rice.
A superb pickup.

I think he is the son, of former SMU football player Anthony Smith. From the 81-82 era.

That puts us at 25 commits and Rivals is still two short.

Odiari and Robieske will not be counted by Rivals because they are Transfers and/or Grayshirts respectively. They are Class of 2005 and 2007 not 2008

They KNOW JJ can pick talent. I bet we might even have a few more guys upgraded before it is over besides Chris Banjo. All things considered, this recruiting class is turning out to be a huge improvement for SMU . GREAT JOB JJ !!!
