JJ has three rules: (1) Go to class (2) Make workout schedule and (3) Attend all team meetings with your respective coach. Simple. Those who can not handle this simple madate are invited to leave.

3 simple easy to follow rules. If you can't do it, you simply just don't want to. Hats off to Coach Jones.

I give Coach Jones a Huge ATTABOY! for his decision on Willis. I am severly disappointed for tthe team and WIllis that Willis chose this course, but make no mistake: He CHOSE his own course! We will be fine. Our football ship is in good hands.

The Willis suspension shows the confidence JJ has in doing things his way. This man has some balls.

Are there coaches who don't have these rules?

It is not a question of having rules but enforcing them equally among all players. JJ has demonstrated that is what he is all about.

I don't know about that...I usually sit an elevation that is higher than that at which the team sits/stands...therefore I would be above the team.
