Arkpony,
If you will mail me your video I will have it transferred and send you back a DVD. We can take out all of the commercials, clean it up, and see what it looks like and make it available.
Thanks,
Gerry York

Remember they pimped UT again in '82, a game the 'Horns had vowed would be different.

Gerry-
I'll get the video out to you this week. It is an excellent copy of the ESPN telecast that day.

Ah, GREAT news!

Thank you, Thank you!

Any way we can get complete game footage of the 1963 SMU-Navy football contest?

We do not have complete footage. What we have are the highlights narrated by Hayden Fry.

One of my HS asst. coaches, now deceased, was an All-America linebacker/center at Duke. He claimed to have "stuck" an SMU player on the goal line to preserve a 14-7 win at the CB in 1952. I am pleased to see that I can now purchase this DVD to erase any doubts on the matter. Thank you for putting in the time and effort on this, this is outstanding!

Details, details. Man, you're hard to please.

I saw the game in person and watched it replayed about 7 times the following week on ESPN. It is etched into my brain but I would still like a copy of the video.

I was there too. Beautiful sunny day in Austin. Remember it like it was yesterday. What a shocker of a game.
