Reading the write-up of McElroy on another thread got me thinking that perhaps we haven't recognized the magnitude of getting two guys. As McElroy put it, at one time he was "going to a team that was 13-0 last year," and now he's coming here.

Maybe we're taking it for granted because JJ was here. For comparison imagine how impressed we'd have been if after Boise State went to the Fiesta Bowl their top QB commit and Juco CB commit had switched their commitments from Boise St to SMU.

Every now and then, I get the sense Coach Jones and his staff will make an even bigger recruiting splash than we realize.
