We need to figure something out. Hopefully, HP would understand. Especially now that TCU is out-recruiting us.

TCU outrecruiting SMU is not a new deal. They've arguably outrecruited SMU "by the services" in 19 out of 20 years with one year that SMU might claim was a toss-up. 2 years at the most have really even been competitive with TCU recruiting.

Again, we own plenty of land outside the park cities. It's not ideal to have it away from the other practice field, but we could put a giant one on that old movie theater land on Yale.

Very few in the state of Texas have not been outrecruited by TCU. Did you realize that in the last 10 years only UT has had a better win/loss record? They're #2, TCU is #13 and Tech is #28 in the nation during that time period.

Good point, they would need to keep it close to the other practice field.

I say we blow off the Dubya bookmobile and build it on Vodicka's old unit.

You can't judge a team's success just based on win/loss
Tech and Baylor, just for argument's sake, play in a MUCH harder conference. The Baylor argument may or may not be relevant, but I know that saying TCU had a better recruiting class than Tech because they win more isn't valid.

Genius.
I told you that SMU has been good for the last twenty years.

Do they really need more than 50 continuous yards? Maybe we can build a shorter double or triple decker.
that would be one tall building.

I like the idea of putting it where the old mrs bairds plant is.
You couldn't help but see it when you drove down 75. Good advertising.
List the home game dates on the side.

You're right of course. But I still hold to my argument that very few in Texas have outrecruited TCU. Anybody have the Rivals rankings over the past few years?

The Mrs. Bairds property will be residence halls within 10 years. This information is straight from President Turner's mouth in late April.
