I think that the Dedman Center that is next to Moody was bulit in either 1975-76, so it has to be before then.

Moody Coliseum has been the home of SMU basketball since December 3, 1956, when the Mustangs defeated McMurry, 113-36. Moody has hosted Mustang Volleyball since the program's conception in 1996.

When the building was opened in 1956, it was known simply as the SMU Coliseum. In 1965, the arena was renamed Moody Coliseum in honor of W.L. Moody, Jr.

How many urinals were functional for that first event, MM1872? Who had the paper towel contract? Could a patron get a Coke, or was DP the only choice? Can you post a copy of the program, would love to see that....long live MM1876!!
