OTP, depending on where your seats are in Ford, one tradition that hasn't been mentioned yet more involves the people around you. If I'm correcting in assuming that you're accustomed to being loud, boisterous and even-dare I say-standing-throughout a football game, be prepared to hear about it from the folks at Ford. Other fans, people in yellow jackets/shirts-whomever.
Oh, and just ignore them.

sorry, should have said "and almost former president of the University of Virginia"
He was a UVA law graduate, and in 1904, UVA asked him to become the university's first president (they had operated without a president from their opening in 1825 - and the faculty & Board of Visitors made all the decisions). Wilson considered going to UVA, but eventually turned it down.

I think you are right behind BUS. Get ready to be loud. I am near you, but I do not remember my row number. Seats are 12 & 13 or 13 & 14 in 104 and I think it might be row 8.
MustangBill, where do we sit????, or Jtstang might know but he is more at finding seats by finding people rather than the actual row and seat method.

This is known as "The Peruna Sequence". The words to "Peruna" are very very simple, but no one ever sings them, we just clap.
Peruna has words? I didn't even know that. StallionsModelT wrote:Peruna's Law
Anything that can f*ck up SMU football, will f*ck up SMU football. Actually you can say that about SMU athletics in general.

We never held anyone to third down. What are you talking about?
There was that one time....

Actually, we held plenty of teams to third down...sometimes third and long. But, as long as the "Third Down Thunder" was announced, we couldn't stop them.
I did notice that Dan Bell forgot to announce "Third Down Thunder" a couple of times. Our team was much more successful stopping the other team then.
Do away with Third Down Thunder!

Great "vote" opportunity. Get rid of third down thunder. Very lame.

During Prohibition everyone could get hammered on Peruna because it was "medicine" and thus was allowed to be full of alcohol. Much like pot in California.
