The way I read that is that morale is note ( sp) great and that is understandable due to 1-11 season.

Be happy that GOD have given you another day to improve SOMETHING.

I can definitely relate to that!
BRING BACK THE GLORY DAYS OF SMU FOOTBALL!!!

For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.

At least here all the Inc.s we would sell to are owned by alums

I don't think we need to worry about anything on campus being named for a company though. I would at least hope an alum would pony up enough to keep it classy.

[quote="cguru"]no, just been in situations like that before.

TIP-O-THE-DAY

You can’t run.

The same personalities and obstacles are present at each new opportunity. Only the faces and names change.

You work with in the situation to enhance your skills. Once you can accomplish that, you won’t leave because of your inabilities to play.

I know of people in the department who were praying that SO would get the ND job. Not everyone likes him.

I'm still searching for the utopian work environment where there are no personality or procedural issues between employees and bosses, bosses and bosses and employees and employees.

I have yet to find it.

Given the complacency culture that was in there prior to his arrival, he may have done some good by cleaning out the dead weight. For those who stayed, no one is making them stay. But if they choose to, then they are going to make the best out of it.

The bottom line is that they want to do their part to make our athletic department as strong as possible, then I would suggest they do their part.
But if they are that unhappy, do something about it.
