A friend of mine talked to Terry Hemme today. He said season ticket holders should expect to get their 2008 allotment of Aug. 18 -- possibly around Aug. 22. The week of Aug. 25 by the latest.
He also mentioned that there are very few seats available in those middle sections -- 104, 204 (Well, I think he said those are sold out), 105, 205, 106 and 206.
Based on that, I bet we push close to 7,000 in season ticket sales.
Thought you all would like to know.

Probably if you quickly enrol at Rice but otherwise I would think not.

I knew I was forgetting something. I was also told we should be getting our allotment from Rice and those would go on sale around Aug. 6 or whatever that first full week of August.
Can't help you on the student thing.

Wear a blue t-shirt and a silly hat and bring a kazoo. They'll assume you are with the MOB and you can get in free.

We were over 6,300 season tickets on July 1st, with the two best sales months ahead. With the sales push starting at the end of this month, (phone calls, emails, billboards, radio, tv, and newspaper) I think the 7,500 goal is realistic.
