So I guess it's okay to let your friends drink so much that they die from alcohol poisoning? Hey, I was in a fraternity, too, but when guys were getting overserved, we cut them off.
It's called responsibility, and a lot of college kids don't know the definition of the word.

I agree they were well in the wrong for not taking care of him and cutting him off, it was not OK, and it was irresposible and reprehensible, but I have a hard time saying that them or their fraternity is $4 million responsble for what happened.

I am not saying one one way or the other, but it is hard to judge unless we have walked in there shoes.

That does not make good news according to the "experts". I would like to see anything positive on the news.

Well, it was a settlement, so they and their fraternity apparently did not have a hard time saying it.

Forget positive - I want more negative stories about the extreme communist bigoted academic elite. I'm sure they sided with Price over the 'blackhole'comment.

That man is such an idiot. Say what you will about Fort Worth, but I'll take it any day over a Dallas run by such a bunch of jackarses.

I hate to say it but:
"What kind of fraternity would take pledge like you"
---Niedemeyer(Animal House)
What is the deal with the necklaces with the popcorn on them. You realize how stupid your going to look in a couple of years. A fraternity that would allow one of its pledges to continue to wear popcorn necklaces after the start of pledgeship should be banned from campus and have their charter removed from national. If they had followed this simple rule they would have saved a lot of attorneys fees and settlement.
