"I guess I was a little overzealous in my ND hatred"

It's cool East Coast, look your right to some degree.....

ND has been pretty shaky in the last several years and pathetic in bowls.

This year will tell alot, because they/we are getting pretty good recruits.

If the Irish repeat last year, I think the coach will go with his big fat paycheck.

I just hope The Mob Boss's 2nd favorite team & my 2nd favorite team
can you give you more of reason to hate us with some dominating play on the field!

Go Mustangs!

in 2005 as stated by IPP.

Had ND beaten USC, and they came so close to doing so, then they would have had a legitimate shot at the National Championship Game versus Texas.

and they would have been crushed to dust

and don't forget their sportsmanship...

"when USC played at Notre Dame Stadium some USC players complained the grass was unusually long and speculated Notre Dame had let it grow to try to slow the speedier Trojans. USC tailback Desmond Reed tore his ACL during the game and said his cleat got stuck in the thick grass."

OSU did the crushing* of ND in the 2006 Fiesta Bowl instead of Texas in the Rose Bowl.

*The final score was in no way indicative of OSU's dominance.

If you're from Southern California and you bring up Notre Dame in a thread, you're bound to bring up USC as a reference for all things bad about ND. Fight On/Pony Up, HB Pony Dad!
